Callum Wilson, a striker for Newcastle United, has agreed to a one-year contract extension with the Premier League team.
The 31-year-old, who has been the Magpies’ top scorer for the past three seasons, has now signed a contract extension with the club until 2025.
Since joining from Bournemouth in 2020, the England international has scored 40 goals in 79 league games.
That puts him fifth on the club’s all-time Premier League goalscorers list, and with only eight more, he would be second only to Alan Shearer.
