Alan Brazil anticipates that both Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa will likely end up with a shared point in their upcoming match on Sunday. During a talkSPORT discussion, Brazil shared his outlook for the North London clash, highlighting the recent setbacks for Ange Postecoglou’s team after losses to Chelsea and Wolves.
Despite Tottenham facing the absence of key players like Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, and James Maddison, Brazil expressed the belief that a depleted Spurs side will manage to secure a result. He argued that Villa’s away performance has been less impressive compared to their strong showings at Villa Park this season, characterizing them as ‘average’ on the road.
Aston Villa, under the management of Unai Emery, is currently in good form, trailing Tottenham by just one point in the standings. Gabriel Agbonlahor, ex-Villa captain, exuded confidence about Villa’s chances against Spurs, but Brazil countered, predicting a score draw.
