All Blacks confirm new-look coaching staff for 2024 : Scott Robertson has reveal

New Zealand Rugby has officially announced the 2024 All Blacks management team led by the newly appointed head coach, Scott Robertson. The group comprises a blend of experienced members from the previous All Blacks management team, individuals with prior senior international team experience, and those with Super Rugby Pacific management roles in 2023.

The management team consists of:

1. **Scott Robertson (Head Coach):** Leading the coaching staff and expressing excitement about the team’s expertise and commitment to upholding the All Blacks’ legacy.

2. **Tamati Ellison (Contact Skills Coach):** Currently the Assistant Coach at the Crusaders, Ellison will focus on the tackle and breakdown area in addition to his existing role with the Super Rugby team.

3. **Jason Holland (Assistant Coach – Backs):** Responsible for coaching the backs.

4. **Jason Ryan (Assistant Coach – Forwards):** Overseeing coaching for the forwards.

5. **Leon MacDonald (Assistant Coach – Attack):** Tasked with coaching the attack.

6. **Scott Hansen (Assistant Coach – Defence):** Handling defensive coaching responsibilities.

7. **Wayne Smith (Performance Coach):** Providing support to the coaching group in a performance coaching capacity.

8. **Jamie Hamilton (Head Performance Analyst):** Overseeing performance analysis.

9. **Al Beeton, Jon Gardner (Assistant Performance Analysts):** Assisting with performance analysis.

10. **Ceri Evans (Head of Leadership + Mental Performance):** Bringing expertise in leadership and mental performance, with a background in high-performance settings, including All Blacks, Formula One, and NBA teams.

11. **Nic Gill (Head of Performance):** Overseeing the overall performance aspect.

12. **Adam Hay (Performance Scientist):** Contributing expertise in performance science.

13. **Martin Swan (Doctor):** Serving as the team doctor.

14. **Karl McDonald (Lead Physiotherapist) and Teresa Te Tamaki (Assistant Physiotherapist):** Managing the team’s physiotherapy needs.

15. **Kat Darry (Dietician):** Overseeing the team’s dietary requirements.

16. **Paul McLaughlan (Team Manager):** Former police sergeant and experienced team manager.

17. **Megan Compain (Commercial Manager):** Managing commercial aspects, with a background in marketing and sponsorship.

18. **Ceri Evans (Head of Leadership + Mental Performance):** A consultant psychiatrist with extensive high-performance experience.

19. **James Iversen (Logistics Manager), Matt Manukia (Communications Manager), Bianca Thiel (Operations Manager), Paula Powlesland (Business Manager):** Fulfilling various managerial and logistical roles within the team.

This diverse and skilled team is poised to carry the All Blacks’ legacy forward and enhance it in the coming years, according to Chris Lendrum, NZR General Manager Professional Rugby.
