JUST IN : West Ham Would Have To Accept Key Condition To Loan Striker deal

According to The Athletic, Chelsea may entertain a loan deal for West Ham United target Armando Broja if it includes a buy clause.

The 22-year-old striker has no future at Chelsea, and the club is eager to sell him during the current transfer window.

Chelsea need the revenue from his departure to balance their books, and he has other suitors in the Premier League.
West Ham wanted Broja last summer and are still interested in him, but Chelsea’s £50 million asking price is viewed as a significant impediment.

According to reports, the Blues may be willing to part ways with the Albanian this month.

If there is an obligation to buy, Chelsea may entertain a loan bid for the attacker in January.

Even if they agree to accept loan proposals, the Blues require a guarantee that his sale will take place soon.

West Ham are looking for a striker, and it remains to be seen whether they will agree to a loan plus obligation to purchase deal to sign Broja.
