Wrexham will make a decision on George Evans this weekend after he was sent off last time out, according to their official club website.
Wrexham return to League Two action this weekend at home against Notts County.
Evans, 29, moved to the Racecourse Ground last summer and has been a regular this season.
According to the club’s website, he experienced a ‘tightness’ in his gluteal muscle.

Evans has shown to be a wise signing for Wrexham, having made 30 appearances in all competitions, 22 of which have been league games.
He is a valuable addition to the squad because he can play in both midfield and defence. The Cheadle-born player is under contract with the Welsh club until the summer of 2025.
The former England youth international is a Manchester City academy graduate who played once for the Premier League club before moving on loan to Crewe Alexandra, Walsall, and Scunthorpe United in the Football League to gain experience.
He then had permanent contracts with Reading, Derby County, and Millwall before sliding two levels when Wrexham came knocking last year.
This season, the Red Dragons are aiming for promotion to League One and are currently ranked fourth. They are two points behind Crewe in third, with two games in hand.
Notts County is a vital game for Phil Parkinson’s side, and Luke Young might step in for Evans if he is unable to play.
The two got promoted from the National League together last season after a fierce struggle for the title.
Wrexham won 2-1 away to Sutton United last time out.
