Striker Rey Manaj is having a successful debut season in Turkey, according to reports, barely over a year after being released by Watford.
After joining Sivasspor as a free agent last summer, his first few months in the Süper Lig appear to have piqued the interest of other clubs.
According to Outlet Sabah, Besiktas, who are seeking for summer reinforcements, are planning a ‘crazy offer’ to sign the former Watford player.
It has been reported that the Süper Lig side will offer ‘around €10 million’ for Manaj, but it remains to be seen whether Sivasspor will accept that.
Since arriving in Turkey, the striker has scored 18 goals in 26 appearances, so it’s not surprising that other clubs are showing interest in him.
Manaj joined Watford from Barcelona in the summer of 2022, although he only stayed at Vicarage Road until February 2023, when his contract was terminated by mutual consent after only seven games and no goals or assists.
He stayed without a club until the summer, and it appears that his decision to sign with Sivasspor worked well.
