DONE DEAL : New York Knicks has announces the trade of another key player

The New York Knicks have officially signed Shake Milton. The NBA guard was dealt from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Detroit Pistons on February 8. Milton was later waived by the Pistons.

This season, Milton is averaging 4.9 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.4 steals, and 0.1 blocks while shooting 40.3% from the field, 27.4% from beyond the arc, and 80.9% from the foul line.

The Dallas Mavericks selected Milton with the 54th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of SMU. The Owasso native has career averages of 8.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.2 blocks for the Sixers, Timberwolves, and Pistons.

The Knicks are 36-25 for the season. They are ranked fourth in the Eastern Conference rankings.
