LATEST NEWS : Brother of LSU guard arrested after SEC Tournament championship fight

The Greenville Police Department charged the brother of LSU guard Flau’jae Johnson with assault, battery, and disorderly conduct for his involvement in a fight after his sister was shoved to the court by South Carolina forward Kamilla Cardoso during a Southeastern Conference Tournament game. The benches were cleared during a player altercation during the second half of an NCAA college basketball game against LSU at the Southeastern Conference women’s tournament.

Greenville, South Carolina? The Greenville Police Department arrested and charged the brother of LSU guard Flau’jae Johnson with assault and battery and disorderly conduct for his role in a fight that broke out after his sister was shoved to the court by South Carolina forward Kamilla Cardoso during a Southeastern Conference tournament game.

Trayron Milton, 24, jumped over the scorer’s table to get to the court. According to police, Milton entered the courtroom Sunday by pushing down an SEC staffer and stomping on her shoulders.

Milton briefly interacted with Cardoso before being escorted away by police.

Police say two additional people jumped from the stands but were apprehended before reaching the court.

According to online Greenville Police records, Milton remained in custody on Monday.

Cardoso was expelled for fighting, while three of her teammates were kicked out for leaving the bench area. Two LSU players who played minutes in the contest were also sent off. South Carolina concluded the game with six players, while LSU had five.

Following that, the six Gamecocks celebrated their eighth championship in ten years sans the four who were sent to the locker room.

Cardoso will miss South Carolina’s next game, the NCAA Tournament opener.
