Joshua Zirkzee has been heavily linked with a move to AC Milan in recent months, as the Rossoneri search for a new striker. However, according to a rumor this morning, Juventus is also keeping an eye on the Dutch striker.
Zirkzee has been one of the standouts in Serie A this season, with 11 goals and six assists in all competitions. Naturally, with Milan looking for a new striker and also showing interest in Bologna boss Thiago Motta, Zirkzee has ended up
Their radar.
According to Corriere dello Sport, as published by Calciomercato.com, Milan is not the only team interested, since Juventus mentioned the name during a recent meeting with Bayern Munich. The latter include a €40 million buyback clause and a 50% capital gain clause, which might be a terrific deal.
In other words, the German club might sign Zirkzee and then immediately sell him for a larger price, which is most likely why the name was mentioned to Juventus. Milan is keeping a close eye on things, but they also have a few other players in mind.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, two of them are Benjamin Sesko (Leipzig) and Santiago Gimenez (Feyenoord), and it is unclear what will happen in the summer.
