The Baltimore Ravens continue to make moves early in the free agency era, including two familiar names. According to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Media, general manager Eric DeCosta and the team have agreed to a two-year contract with slot corner Arthur Maulet, as well as the return of linebacker Chris Board, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic.
Maulet became a free agent this offseason after appearing in 14 games with the Ravens last season, including three starts. He recorded 37 tackles, two sacks, one interception, and five passes defensed. Maulet has previously played with the New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers. He’s recorded 220 career tackles, four interceptions, 16 passes defensed, and five
Sacks in 82 games since 2017. The board returns to Baltimore after spending 2022 in Detroit and 2023 in New England.
Last season, Board played 17 games in relief and made 10 tackles, primarily on special teams. DeCosta continues to bolster an already formidable roster on both offense and defense, with Derrick Henry, the best running back on the market, making the greatest free agency splash.
