For the first time in ten years, The County Ground will host a major music event in Swindon

Swindon Town’s two day Music Concert is just around the corner

The County Ground will hold its first major music event in ten years on the May Bank Holiday weekend.
The County Ground in Swindon will host a major music event for the first time in ten years next month, in May 2024.

Swindon Town is pleased to announce that two events will be held on Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th, 2024, over the May Bank Holiday weekend next month.

Our weekend event will begin on Saturday, May 25th, with Chris Moyles presenting ’90s Hangover’, which will mark the start of the former Radio 1 DJ’s Euros Special tour ahead of the UEFA Euro 2024 campaign; the full line-up can be found here.

Our second event, the ‘Could Be Real’ Tribute Festival, will take place on Sunday, May 26th, and will include the UK’s best tribute performers, with the complete lineup published here.

James Watts, Chief Commercial Officer, stated, “This is a huge event not only for the people of Swindon, but also for Wiltshire.”

“We are looking at a five-year plan to bring bigger and better concerts to the stadium each year as a new revenue stream for the football club.”

“Ticket sales have been positive so far with over 3,500 tickets sold and there is a great demand for hospitality at the event so we are looking forward to what promises to be a great weekend at The County Ground.”

Tickets for the event are only available through Skiddle, Chris Moyles 90s Hangover, and the ‘Could Be Real’ Tribute Festival.
