QPR have completed the acquisition of teenage defender Rocco Friel.
The out of contract The 17-year-old has moved to west London after rejecting new contract offers at Hearts.
He signed a four-year contract with the Rangers, who recognized him as a potential signing at the close of last season. He will initially play for the club’s development squad. QPR is interested in signing Friel, a Scotland Under-17 international who can play right-back, wing-back, or midfield.
He was at Rangers before leaving to join Hearts in 2021.
