Middlesbrough are preparing for another season in the Championship under Michael Carrick, a former Manchester United midfielder. Carrick has been Boro’s manager since October 2022, and he has revitalized a squad that previously lacked a strong identity and a defined vision.
Unfortunately for Teesside fans, Carrick has yet to lead the North East side back to the Premier League.
Middlesbrough came close to promotion in 2022/23, but were defeated by Coventry City in the play-off semi-finals.
They finished ninth in the Championship last season, but with a winning streak of one loss in 12 at the close of the season, a promotion push could be in the works this time around.
Middlesbrough’s pre-season will begin on July 20 against Bolton Wanderers, and it will conclude on August 3rd against SC Heerenveen. Emmanuel Latte Lath is seen working hard ahead of Middlesbrough’s pre-season comeback.

Soregaroli recorded footage of the forward ‘Carichiamo la gamba’, which means ‘we load the leg’.
Latte Lath will be vital to Middlesbrough’s promotion push.
Middlesbrough fans are undoubtedly thrilled to see their star striker working hard during his summer break.
