Player has started medical to leave Aston Villa – Announcement on the way

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Douglas Luiz is now undergoing medical tests in preparation for his move from Aston Villa to Juventus. It was already known that the midfielder would be tested while in the United States, where he is presently a member of Brazil’s Copa America squad.

The first of these tests has begun, and once everything has been done to the satisfaction of the Turin club, the contract will be finalized and announced to fans. Juventus fans are overjoyed with the acquisition and believe their club has signed someone who will immediately boost their midfield and contribute to a title fight in Serie A.
They also believe it is a decent deal for the Italian team, with Juventus sending Enzo Barrenechea and Samuel Iling-Junior in the other.

Direction and a large sum of money. Di Marzio claims the youngsters are valued at €22 million plus bonuses, which may increase to €24-25 million. For Iling-Junior, this is consistent with past reports that he would be available for roughly €12 million this summer.
