LATEST : Luton Town Are Set To Announce The Signing Of Another Key Player

Or are they? It appears that this transfer tittle-tattle has risen from the shadows.

Yesterday, as we reported – first signing of the summer confirmed – the Hatters revealed that midfielder Shandon Baptiste had signed a deal after his contract at Brentford expired.

Later in the afternoon, another news source, Football League World, published an article that, when examined closely, does not actually imply that a second signing has been made; rather, it implies that the Slovenian midfielder, Sandi Lovic, and the previously linked – Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, would, if the deals were completed, make it the ideal summer transfer window for the club.

Lovic is currently on the books of the Italian club Udinese, and while he was a member of the Slovenian side that competed in Euro 2024, he never saw any play, but it is suggested that his all-action style would fit our team.

Now, I’m not sure if the information in our mentioned source came from a source I don’t have access to, or if it’s all a bit speculative.

I guess all I can do is keep an eye out for any breaking news on the official website, unless any of our readers can shed any light on the subject!
