Lorient president Loic Fery has asked FIFA agent Willie McKay to speak with interested clubs regarding Toure’s probable move this summer.
Wolves and Fulham want Isaak Touré to bolster their defence.
Both Wolves and Fulham are looking for a new centre-back after several high-profile exits.
Wolves transferred Max Kilman to West Ham for £40 million, and Fulham lost centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo on a free transfer to local rivals Chelsea.
Touré went on to make 24 appearances and score one goal for Lorient after joining from French giants Marseille, but he was unable to save them from relegation, as they ended 17th.
