DeAndre Hopkins Delivers Four-Word Warning on Clemson After Blowout Loss to Georgia

DeAndre Hopkins hopes to see significant changes in his alma mater’s football program. The NFL star resorted to social media on August 31 to provide a strong message to the Clemson Tigers following their humiliating loss to the Georgia Bulldogs. The No. 17 Tigers failed to move the ball in Saturday’s 34-3 loss, totalling only 188 yards of offence. Georgia surged in the second half, scoring 28 points and limiting Clemson to only one field goal.

Others were more vocal in their suggestions for what needed to change, blaming head coach Dabo Swinney. Hopkins, who played for Swinney during his three seasons at Clemson, did not specifically mention the head coach in his remarks.
