During the offseason of this year, Paul George announced his departure from the Los Angeles Clippers. With his five-year tenure wearing a Clipper uniform officially coming to an end, the talented swingman walked away from the team after failing to get his desired contract. Instead, he took a five-year, $212 million max deal from the Philadelphia 76ers. Even though PG received the financial outcome he was hoping for from the 76ers, a beat writer for the Clippers cautioned him when he arrived in Philadelphia. AWAITS PRESSURE IN PHILLY The 76ers team is ecstatic that George has moved to the City of Brotherly Love. Following rumors throughout the league all season long that the Sixers would be a strong contender to sign the All-Star in 2024 free agency, this finally came to

However, George is undoubtedly under a lot of pressure to perform at his best considering the important job he is set to take on and the sum of money the company invested in him over the long term.
