Shwartzman confirmed his departure via social media, writing: “Driving for Scuderia Ferrari has been one of the best experiences of my life! I’ll never forget the sensation of driving a Scuderia Ferrari F1 car for the first time.

“I will always be grateful for every lap and experience, and it has been an honor to work with some of the most talented and bright people in racing. I know my experience with the team has changed me into a better driver, and I am eager to carry all of the memories with me on my next adventure. “Grazie mille to all of the Tifosi who have always been so supportive throughout the years, and last but not least, to everyone on the team who has believed in me, encouraged me, and assisted me along this road; I am genuinely grateful. See you soon, and Forza Ferrari!” Featured Image Credit: Getty.
