CONFIRMED : Nottingham Forest are now set to sign £8.3m star in January transfer window,

Nottingham Forest are looking for a new signing ahead of the January transfer window, and they may consider include Harry Toffolo in the deal.

Nuno Espirito Santo has the opportunity to outperform his summer purchases of Nikola Milenkovic and Elliot Anderson in January.

Evangelos Marinakis has previously announced plans to invest in January, so funds will be accessible.

However, it is unclear how much Forest can spend due to ongoing PSR and FFP worries.

The Nottingham Forest spies appear to have been hard at work, as the club’s top transfer target has been identified.

Nottingham Forest have made Moussa N’Diaye their primary aim.
Nottingham Forest already has plenty of options at left back. Ola Aina, Alex Moreno, and Neco Williams may all operate there.Harry Toffolo given suspended five-month suspension after 375 betting breaches | beIN SPORTS

However, if stories are to be believed, it appears that they still seek to enhance their position. According to Anderlecht Online (via Sport Witness), Nottingham Forest have made Moussa N’Diaye their top transfer target. N’Diaye has declared that he has no plans to leave, and his agency has notified the club of this.

The Belgian club also wants more than €10 million (£8.3 million), but Nottingham Forest may have an advantage because in 2023, Harry Toffolo was on the verge of signing Anderlecht when the former pulled the plug.

What is happening with Alex Moreno’s future at Nottingham Forest?
This season, Alex Moreno has been one of the team’s most consistent defensive players.

The left-back is currently on a season-long loan at the City Ground, but Forest have the option to make it permanent this summer.

According to reports, the Reds administration is not in a hurry to make a decision on Moreno because the Premier League season is still far from over.

It’s strange to see Forest looking for a new left-back in N’Diaye, given how effectively they already have the position covered.
