CLEMSON, SC (Clemson Athletics)— Head Coach Dabo Swinney and Clemson Football announced today that linebacker Jeremiah Alexander (6-2, 249) has signed with the Tigers. Alexander spent his first three collegiate seasons at Alabama from 2022 to 2024. Following a redshirt year in 2022, in which he featured in three games, Alexander appeared in 24 of the Crimson Tide’s 27 games from 2023 to 2024, recording eight tackles.

Alexander, 21, is a native of Alabaster, Ala., and graduated from Thompson High School as one of the best prospects in the nation for the class of 2022. After leading Thompson to the 2021 state championship alongside current Clemson defensive tackle Peter Woods, Alexander was a consensus five-star recruit according to most major sites and placed among He is one of the top 50 players in his class nationally.
