Jefferson Lerma now sends message to £7m Crystal Palace teammate after what he did last night

Following the events of Friday night, Jefferson Lerma has messaged one of his Crystal Palace teammates.

The Crystal Palace No.8 posted the remark on Instagram.
So, which Crystal Palace player did Jefferson Lerma approach? Let us have a look.

Jefferson Lerma sent a message to Daniel Munoz
Daniel Munoz received a message from the Colombian international after scoring the winning goal against Spain on Friday.

Nestor Lorenzo nominated Lerma and the £6.8 million January acquisition from Genk to the starting XI for Colombia’s friendly against Spain at the London Stadium.

Munoz scored a great goal in the 61st minute to give Colombia a 1-0 victory, demonstrating incredible agility by jumping into a scissor kick after Liverpool No. 7 Luis Diaz provided an excellent cross to the back post.

Following the friendly in east London, Lerma posted “⚔️🔥” in the comments area of the Crystal Palace No.12’s post, which is the same emoji Munoz uses to characterize himself as a warrior.
Diaz sent a message to the man from Amalfi, simply saying “golazooo🔥👏🏻❤️” when his fellow Colombian expertly finished his cross.

Crystal Palace may have hit gold.
Dougie Freedman might have done it again.

The Glaswegian has piqued Manchester United’s interest after signing Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze for low costs, and he appears to have pulled off another transfer masterstroke.

As previously stated, Munoz cost £6.8 million in January, a relatively inexpensive amount for a 27-year-old with 24 international caps.

The South American has also shown no signs of difficulty adjusting to life in England, and his tireless sprinting has already earned him a place among Crystal Palace’s fan base.

Munoz’s inexhaustible enthusiasm even resulted in an assist for Jean-Philippe Mateta in the 1-1 draw against Luton Town.

If this is the type of transfer Crystal Palace fans can expect to see more of this summer, we are in for a genuine treat – take a bow, Freedman.
