The Golden State Warriors finished the five-game road trip with a 4-1 record. As a result, they remain the 10th seed in the Western Conference. Steve Kerr’s club leads the Houston Rockets by two games, with both teams vying for a position in the play-in event.
Kerr spoke to the media after the Warriors’ victory over the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday (March 31). He pointed out that Golden State’s recent results indicate a good team.
“Fantastic trip,” Kerr remarked. “Especially after losing the first one in a terrible fashion. The guys’ ability to bounce back and win four consecutive road games demonstrates their tenacity and grit. Despite the unappealing circumstances, they successfully completed the task.To be on the road for eight days and accomplish what we just did is a hallmark of a solid squad.

The Warriors’ recent stretch was greatly needed. They have been inconsistent all season. Their home-court record is particularly alarming. Nonetheless, the Warriors headed into this road trip expecting a streak of strong performances and rose to the occasion.
Golden State has eight games left on its schedule. With a two-game lead over the Rockets, Kerr will want his team to maintain its current pace and secure a chance to claw their way into the playoffs. If they can meet that goal, everything is conceivable in the postseason.
