Draymond Green has been vocal about Klay Thompson’s departure from the Golden State Warriors. “It’s a classic tale of suppressing your emotions,” Green told me. “I haven’t allowed myself to really digest it. I think I’ll deal with it when necessary. Nonetheless, I am pleased for Klay.”
Green gave his speech with a smile on his face, but you could tell he was hurting. He’s putting on a brave face, but as he has stated, he will have to confront reality sooner or later.
