JUST IN : Bills show plans for premium spaces at new stadium

For the first  time, the Bills revealed designs for the luxury areas at New Highmark Stadium. The approximately $1.7 billion stadium, along with the Founders Club, Field Club, and East Club—which were initially presented late last week—were designed by Populous.

Legends is selling premium seating as well as the naming rights to the areas. A portion of the premium seats are being offered through the Stadium Experience Centre, where potential customers can virtually check out the premium areas of the new stadium. Sixty percent of season ticket holders who visited the Experience Centre had purchased plans, according to Bills Chief Operating Officer Pete Guelli, who spoke with the Buffalo News Friday. The Bills withheld information about permanent seat licence prices and ticket prices, although the Buffalo News article noted that fans had reported a broad range of

of PSL costs, which range from $8,000 to $20,000 at the East Club. Any premium customer will get access to VIP parking and tickets for events other than Bills, the newspaper said.

With 425 seats, the Founders Club will be the most upscale experience at New Highmark Stadium. It will include all-you-can-eat food and drink, wider, heated seats with plush cushions, a private whisky locker, and access to climate-controlled indoor areas with several fireplaces.

In addition to inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages, wider, cushioned seats, and vision into the player tunnel and access to the field level patio behind the Bills’ sideline, the Field Club offers all of these benefits. There has 1,400 capacity.

Additionally, the East Club experience will feature broader, more cushioned chairs, access to premium food and beverage selections, overhead heat and coverage, and

access both floors of the climate-controlled East Club, spanning over 50,000 square feet and offering views of the pitch and a sitting bowl. The corresponding seating area can accommodate about 4,300 people.

On days when there are no games, the East Club—which has a less overt Bills logo than the Field Club—will be used for business gatherings and other private events. A Turner/Gilbane joint venture is building the new stadium, which is scheduled to open in 2026. It is anticipated that topping out, or the placement of the last steel component for the stadium’s frame, will occur in late February 2025.

The group observed that although the Field Club is getting close to being sold out, the Founders Club and East Club are essentially sold out.
