“Father Finn” goes on after three seasons in Raleigh. Raleigh, North Carolina. Antti Raanta, the former Carolina Hurricanes goalkeeper, will not play hockey in North America again.

In an interview with Finnish media outlet Ilta-Sanomat on Saturday, the veteran said that he has returned to his home country and plans to resume his playing career in Europe.

 

Raanta, 35, appeared in 79 regular season games with the Canes over the last three seasons, finishing with a record
