A go-kart driver sustained possibly life-altering brain injuries in a crash on a Swindon industrial park. Paramedics responded to Newcombe Drive on Hawksworth Industrial Estate shortly after 11 p.m. on Sunday night during a suspected car meet.
The medical service then contacted Wiltshire Police, who stopped the route for the remainder of the night and all of Monday morning.
A petrol-powered go-kart veered off the road and collided with a bollard.
Police are looking for witnesses to the crash.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson stated that the motorist, a man in his twenties, suffered significant, perhaps life-changing head injuries and was rushed to hospital.

The accident is believed to have occurred at a car meet.
