BREAKING NEWS : Police close road in Swindon after crash involving car and two children

Motorists have been warned to avoid this area. A busy Swindon road was closed in both directions Thursday evening (December 11) due to an incident. Wiltshire Police said Beechcroft Road was closed following an incident involving two youngsters and a car.

According to a Facebook post from the Swindon Police page, the incident occurred shortly before 3.15pm. Officers said the road block will most likely stay in place during rush hour.

 

Motorists were advised to avoid the area. Police confirm the road has reopened.
According to Wiltshire Police, Beechcroft Road has reopened. Traffic easing
