BREAKING NEWS : Sam Leavitt has officially announces his return to Arizona State with 3 key reason

Sam Leavitt, the Arizona State quarterback, is rushing it back. He announced a new NIL agreement with the Sun Angel Collective, indicating his return to the Sun Devils in 2025.

Leavitt contributed significantly to Arizona State’s Big 12 victory and first-ever College Football Playoff participation. He passed for 2,885 yards and 24 touchdowns in his debut season with the Sun Devils after transferring from Michigan State.According to On3’s Pete Nakos, Leavitt has a NIL valuation of $3 million and paid less to stay at Arizona State. In the process, he is also betting on Kenny Dillingham to have a breakout season in 2024.

“I want to have a statue here and make Arizona State something that it’s never been before,” Leavitt told the crowd.

At $3 million, Leavitt’s NIL Valuation is presently ranked 12th in the college football NIL rankings. In addition to its quarterback and top receiver, Arizona State will retain its coach next year and for the foreseeable future. Dillingham signed a new contract with the school before of the College Football Playoff quarterfinals, which included a commitment to the future age of college football, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.

Arizona State will add 20 scholarships to meet the 105-scholarship maximum established by the House v. NCAA settlement, pending full approval. In addition, the school will fully participate in the new revenue-sharing model as part of the deal. It is part of the university’s strategy to remain in the “national spotlight,” according to Thamel.
