The latest transfer news concerning Manchester United’s Amad Diallo indicates that Sunderland faces tough competition if they aim to sign him on loan again in January. This week, fresh reports have linked Premier League club Wolves with a potential January loan move for Amad, who previously spent time on loan with Sunderland.
Amad joined Manchester United in 2021 for a transfer fee that could rise to approximately £34 million with add-ons. However, he was loaned out to Rangers and then to Sunderland. During his loan spell at Sunderland, he made a significant impact by scoring 14 goals in 39 Championship appearances.
Unfortunately, Amad hasn’t been able to play for Manchester United this season due to an injury setback he suffered during pre-season. Football Transfers reports that Wolves have made contact with Manchester United regarding a possible loan move in the upcoming winter transfer window.
