TOTAL FOODSERVICE DONATES VAN TO DELIVER FOR HUDDERSFIELD TOWN FOUNDATION’S SCHOOL BREAKFAST CLUBS

Dalton-based Total Foodservice has generously donated a van to the Huddersfield Town Foundation, facilitating the delivery of food for its school breakfast clubs. The foundation, which has supported 40 schools in Kirklees over the past 11 years, has supplied over 2.5 million breakfasts to young children. Total Foodservice serves as the official food supplier for this initiative.

The Breakfast Club program, costing over £140,000 annually, relies on fundraising activities for its operation. The new VW Crafter van, adorned with graphics by CV Graphics and sponsored by Utilita Giving and Caterers Choice, will aid in delivering meals across Kirklees. One additional company has the opportunity to feature its logo on the van.

Siobhan Atkinson, the foundation’s chief executive, expressed gratitude for Total Foodservice’s donation, allowing funds to be directed towards providing breakfasts. She also acknowledged the support from Utilita Giving, Caterers Choice, and CV Graphics, emphasizing the significance of such backing.
