Leeds United are now ahead of Crystal Palace, Wolves, and Southampton in the hunt to capture the 17-year-old strike.

Crystal Palace, Wolves, Leeds United, and Southampton are reportedly among the clubs expressing interest in Larne’s 17-year-old striker sensation, Jack Hastings. The young talent joined Larne’s scholarship program in the summer of 2022 and has impressed with notable performances for the Inver Reds’ U18 and U20 teams, scoring 20 goals this season. Hastings made his senior debut in last season’s Irish Cup fifth-round victory over Crumlin United.

Several young Irish League players have made high-profile transfers recently, and Hastings seems to be the next in line for a potential move. He also earned three appearances for Northern Ireland’s U17 side earlier in the summer, featuring in European Championship qualifiers against Denmark, England, and the Netherlands.

In addition to Hastings, Larne’s Dylan Sloan has reportedly attracted interest from Everton, Leicester City, and Stoke City. The 19-year-old has been a standout performer for the defending Premiership champions, scoring his first senior club goal in August’s 4-4 draw with Dungannon Swifts and adding another goal in a 4-0 win against Glenavon.

Furthermore, former Glentoran academy goalkeeper Mason Munn is said to be tracked by Arsenal, according to reports from Football Insider. The 17-year-old Northern Ireland youth international goalkeeper, who started his career with Abbey Villa, is currently at Rangers after making the switch from Glentoran to Ibrox in July 2022.
