According to rumours, Leander Dendoncker of Aston Villa is a target for Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce.

Although Fenerbahce has not yet made an offer to Aston Villa, insiders at Football Insider claim that a deal “is possible.”
Although Bahce and Villa both play in the Europa Conference League, Dendoncker would be ineligible to register there. Although they are not in the same group, should both teams advance in December, they might face each other in the knockout rounds. The Turkish side includes a number of former They have players from the Premier League on their books, notably Josh King, a longtime transfer target, and former Manchester United midfielder Fred. They also have Dusan Tadic, Edin Dzeko, Michy Batshuayi, and Ryan Kent under contract.
