Newcastle United midfielder Kieran Trippier’s wife released video and photographs of his sweet-themed birthday, giving fans an insight into his favorite delicacies.
Charlotte Trippier, Kieran’s wife since June 2016, posted footage to her social media profile showing party decorations and delicious goodies from Kieran’s 33rd birthday on Tuesday, September 19.
Charlotte posted a video showing a large blue balloon with the words “Happy Birthday Kieran,” as well as balloons shaped like cherries and eggs, and asked, “What’s the theme?” before revealing that the birthday decorations were Haribo sweets themed.

Charlotte then displayed an elaborate blue cake with Kieran’s name engraved in gold foil letters and Haribo chocolates piled upon and around it.
Charlotte, on the other hand, made sure Kieran’s teammates at Newcastle United got a taste of the sweet treats by posting a photo of Haribo adorned cookies with the message “Treats for the team and staff” and two heart emojis in black and white.
Charlotte is always willing to promote the businesses she patronizes, so she made a point of mentioning that the balloon decorations were provided by Balloon-ilicious, a North East balloon company, and the cake and biscuits were made by Cute as Cakes, a Newcastle-based baker who has previously made a birthday cake for fellow Newcastle United WAG Alexia Notto.
Charlotte also shared photographs of her and the couple’s little son visiting the city, watching the game from the sidelines, and traveling by plane from Newcastle United’s away match against AC Milan, which took place on Kieran’s birthday.
