queens park rangers confirm another fantastic 4 years contract deal of their key player

Reggie Cannon, a US international defender, has joined a new club. Cannon signed a four-year contract with Queens Park Rangers in the English Premier League. Cannon became a free agent after leaving Boavista F.C. in June. After the club refused to pay his salaries, the 25-year-old athlete cancelled his contract with Boavista.

QPR manager Gareth Ainsworth expressed his delight at the signing, calling Cannon a “big asset” to the team.

“We have fought off clubs to get him, and I believe Reggie will become a big asset for us,” Ainsworth told QPR’s official website. “He can play on the right side.”

He can play in midfield, as a wing-back, and as a right-sided centre-back, so he will provide real competition for positions, which is exactly what we need.”
Reggie Cannon made his professional debut in 2017 with FC Dallas and spent four seasons in Major League Soccer. In a $3.5 million deal, he clinched a move to Boavista in 2020.

Cannon made his men’s national team debut in 2018 and has played in 28 games and scored one goal. However, he was not named to the 26-man squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and has not been called up since.
