Aston Villa ready €18 million offer for Real Madrid player

We are just a few games into the season, and certain Real Madrid players’ futures are already in severe doubt. Carlo Ancelotti’s squad does not have a lot of depth, but one area where he excels is in the middle. Jude Bellingham has already established himself as a superstar since his arrival in the summer. Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni, and Fede Valverde have also done well.

At the moment, all-time greats such as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are having difficulty breaking into the starting XI on a continuous basis. So one has to question how much playing time Dani Ceballos will get in the future.

Ceballos signed a contract extension with Real Madrid just a few months ago. But it’s difficult to imagine him receiving consistent minutes in this middle.

There is no shortage of interest in Ceballos, though, as a return to the Premier League is possible. Aston Villa are contemplating an offer of up to €18 million to recruit the Spaniard, according to XCatalunya.

Aston Villa has prepared a €18 million bid for Real Madrid player.
Ceballos is currently a cover option for Real Madrid. He has recently been suffering with fitness concerns as well.

Overall, playing time has been difficult to come by. Ceballos has made two appearances and played 49 minutes of football this season, according to Transfermarkt data.

As a result, it’s easy to see why he’s being linked with a move away from the club only three months after signing a new four-year contract. Aston Villa have been fantastic since appointing Unai Emery as manager, and it may be a nice fit for Ceballos, who has already played in the Premier League with Arsenal.
