Callum Hudson-Odoi reveals what the Reds hope to achieve this season in the latest Nottingham Forest news. According to winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, Nottingham Forest are aiming for a top-10 Premier League finish this season.
On transfer deadline day this summer, the former Chelsea wide winger joined Forest in a low-cost deal, and he has one goal in three league games so far. He has disclosed how many goals he intends to score this season, as well as the squad’s goals.
Despite finishing 16th last season, Forest have set lofty goals for this season. Many, including Steve Cooper and his players, believe they are capable of attaining it.
“We want to make sure we’re in the top ten,” Hudson-Odoi told Sky Sports. “I believe that is a significant aim for everyone.
“I think all of the players are hungry to try and get into the top 10 and get as many points as possible.” In football, anything may happen at any time.
“For me, the goal is simply to score more goals and assist more people.” You want to be scoring in the double digits and assisting in the double digits. Those are my goals for the year, and I hope they are met.”
