Graham Smyth’s Leeds United player ratings and gallery as Farke’s men record back-to-back

Graham Smyth, the YEP’s chief football writer, gives his thoughts on each of Leeds United’s players’ performances against Bristol City this afternoon.
Leeds won their second home league game in a row ahead of the October international break, defeating Nigel Pearson’s Robins on a bright Saturday afternoon at Elland Road.

Goals from Dan James and Joel Piroe came each side of a Kal Naismith equalizer, but Leeds were worth all three points and held off late pressure from the visitors to secure a vital success.

The team has risen to fifth place in the Championship rankings.
