Huddersfield Town have acquired striker Rhys Healey from Watford for an unknown sum on a contract that runs until the end of 2025-26.
The 29-year-old joined Watford from French club Toulouse last summer and has scored twice in 14 outings.
In his first two seasons in Toulouse, Healey scored 34 league goals and helped the club win promotion to Ligue 1.
“I really like what Rhys brings to the teams he plays for,” Terriers manager Darren Moore told the club’s website.
“He’s a natural goalscorer; he finds ways to score all types of goals and has done it at every stage of his career.
“He is also a hard worker and a clever player. As a former defender, he would have been a genuine headache to play against.
“I think his qualities will mesh really well with the other strikers at the club.”
