New York Knicks All-Star guard, made a harsh statement After Admission of Wrong Call

Jalen Brunson, a New York Knicks All-Star guard, made a harsh statement following crew chief Ed Malloy’s admission of the incorrect mistake against him in the team’s disputed 105-103 defeat to the Houston Rockets on February 12.

“They can keep it to themselves,” Brunson told the New York Post following their 118-100 Valentine’s Day loss to the Orlando Magic.

Brunson’s foul on Aaron Holiday with 0.3 seconds left gave the Rockets the game, depriving the Knicks the opportunity to play overtime.

The Knicks filed a protest over Brunson’s “wrong” violation.

Tom Thibodeau praises the Knicks front office for taking a stand.
Even without a guarantee of winning the protest, which requires a $25,000 bail, Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau was pleased with their front office decision.

“I respect what our organization is doing as well,” Thibodeau told the New York Post. “I believe that is the proper thing to do. “Let the league decide.”

“We get players back and basically prepare for the start [after the All-Star break], like what do we need to shore up? What skills can we improve and then use against our opponents? So there’s a lot of work to be done,” Thibodeau stated.

reporters following Wednesday’s setback. “But I think it’s a fantastic opportunity to take a breather and recharge after all of the games they’ve attended and gone to. You should take advantage of that as well.
The condition of the other half of their injury list — Julius Randle (right shoulder), OG Anunoby (right elbow), and Mitchell Robinson (left ankle) — will also be known after the All-Star break.

The Knicks will re-evaluate Randle and Anunoby in two weeks, and Robinson will
