Georgia Bulldog has announced the recruitment of another five-star defensive lineman.

Stephon Shivers has committed to being a Bulldog.

Shivers, a 6-foot-3, 335-pound Humboldt defensive end, has committed to a Power Five program for his senior year. Shivers announced his choice during a school event on Friday.

The 247Sports Composite rates Shivers as a three-star recruit. He is ranked No. 23 in Tennessee’s Class of 2025 and No. 65 in the nation as a defensive lineman.

Shivers was offered by the Bulldogs on July 28 and came to campus twice.

Last season, Shivers led the Vikings with 90 tackles, including 20 for

Loss and 11 sacks. Shivers was named to the All-West Tennessee First Team in 2023. Humboldt battled to a 0-10 record previous season until hiring Hayden Williams as new coach in January.
Shivers had 17 offers, including 12 from Power Five colleges, according to his 247Sports profile. Shivers received interest from eight SEC schools, including Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Texas.

Shivers also played offensive line and some running back.
Shivers is Georgia’s second defensive line commitment, joining Manchester (Georgia) five-star recruit Justus Terry.
