The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed another American, this time as a defensive back.
The Bombers announced the contract with Miami, Florida’s Terrell Bonds on Saturday.
The 27-year-old, who stands five feet nine and weighs 185 pounds, spent the 2023 season with the XFL’s San Antonio Brahmas, the Bombers announced. He has 14 tackles, three pass breakups, two fumble recoveries, and 11 punt returns for 108 yards in nine games.

According to the Bombers, Bonds played for the Pittsburgh Maulers in the United States Football League during the 2022 season.
He also spent four seasons with the Tennessee State Tigers, where he recorded 95 tackles, ten interceptions, two touchdowns, 28 pass breakups, and two forced fumbles across 39 games.
