Last night in Milan, a Newcastle supporter was stabbed and had blood all over his body.

A Newcastle United supporter was allegedly stabbed in Milan before the Magpies’ Champions League group stage match against AC Milan.

On Tuesday morning, a Newcastle fan posted graphic photographs of a bloodied supporter on X, the social networking platform formerly known as Twitter, saying the person had been attacked before of the club’s Champions League match in Milan.

In one image, the fan is laying on the floor, topless, with blood dripping down his torso, while in another, the injured person is sitting erect, still covered in blood but receiving medical attention.

The photographs, which are graphic in nature, may be found here and here.

Newcastle supporter kickabellNE captioned one of the photos, “Italians at it again with the stabbings.” Take care of one another and keep an eye out for one another.”

According to the same source, “a Toon fan was stabbed last night in Milan.”

At the moment, these are social media claims, with no confirmation from Newcastle, AC Milan, or local authorities.

SPORTbible has reached out to Newcastle for comment, as well as the fan who posted the social media post.

.AC Milan vs Newcastle United Prediction and Betting Tips

Newcastle will compete in the Champions League group stage for the first time in two decades when they face Milan.

The Magpies have been assigned to Group F, which includes Milan, Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain, and Borussia Dortmund.

The Rossoneri, on the other hand, are coming off a 5-1 defeat at the hands of fierce rivals Inter last weekend.

While Milan manager Stefano Pioli refused to apologize for the defeat, La Gazzetta dello Sport stated, “It was five slaps, one after another.”

Pioli, unfazed, said, “You should only apologise when you do something wrong on purpose.”
