Leicester City star has sent a two-word massage to aston villa potential player

Leicester City Women’s star Sophie Howard has sent Aston Villa Women’s star Rachel Corsie a two-word note.

It comes after the latter earned her 142nd cap for Scotland, pushing her into the top five most-capped players in the country’s history.

On Tuesday (26 September), both players scored in Scotland’s 1-1 Nations League group stage tie with Belgium, with Howard scoring in the 93rd minute.

The Scotland National Team shared Corsie’s accomplishment on social media, writing, “Starting this evening, Rachel Corsie wins her 142nd Scotland cap, and moves into the top five most-capped Scotland players of all-time.”

Leicester ace and Corsie’s Scotland teammate Howard commented on the post, writing, “Unreal skip.”

Corsie’s achievement in reaching that goal is incredible, and it will have been a really proud time for her and her family.

It was more remarkable since it happened at Hampden Park, in front of her adoring home fans at the national stadium.

The Aston Villa Women defender may be aiming for 150 national team appearances, a wonderful figure that is currently well within her grasp.

A thrilling goal by her central defensive partner Howard, who leveled for Scotland with the very last kick of the game to earn a valuable point for her country, further added to her success.

Scotland is now bottom of Nations League A Group 1 after two matches, but their draw against Belgium means they are still in with a possibility of finishing strong in the group. Belgium leads the rankings with four points, followed by England and the Netherlands, all of which have three.

In other Aston Villa news, the club must tie down one ace after his 100% performance against Chelsea, according to a new contract update.
